Eric Lin, Robotics Instructor and Inventor

Eric is a graduate of UCLA, earning a Bachelor of Science in Physics in 2016.  While at UCLA, Eric also took part in a teaching internship known as Cal Teach–a program that supports future S.T.E.M. teachers.  He shares Barnabas Robotics’ vision of an open source community, the desire to experiment, and the joy of teaching and empowering others.  Being a part of the Barnabas Robotics’ family has given Eric the opportunity to marry his passion for physics with his love of teaching others.

Andrew Pilcher, Robotics Instructor

Andrew started out in print when cut and paste was taken literally. He has increased his experience with technology from [Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V] in print, to CAD/CAM in manufacturing, and to programming in web. After working with children grades 2 – 12 for two years in foundational mathematics he found a desire to connect technology with education. Now he shares his interest in S.T.E.(A)M. to inspire students to ask questions that build a stronger understanding.
