Vicky oversees Barnabas Robotics' business/legal affairs, client relations, and day-to-day operations. Prior to joining the company full-time, she practiced for 7 years as a civil litigator and counseled businesses and government entities on a variety of employment- and consumer-related legal matters. Vicky's experience working in professional services instilled in her an appreciation for organizational systems that help people succeed and maximize their potential. In 2017, she left her litigation practice to help build out Barnabas Robotics' corporate infrastructure and people-focused culture and brand. As a co-founder of Barnabas Robotics, Vicky is committed to building and bridging communities through the business; creating greater access to a quality education for underserved populations; and inspiring more girls to embrace S.T.E.M. through creativity and design.
